For those new to hair systems, here are some basics concerning how they differ from wigs and toupees, how they are attached, and their benefits.

WHITE CLIFFS' Hair Systems Are Not Wigs:

Generally speaking, Wigs and Toupees are only for cosmetic use, as opposed for lifestyle purposes: they are hot, non-breathable, not permanently secured, loose fitting, cannot be worn to bed or showered in; nor can you swim or do any demanding activities in them. Wigs and Toupees also do not have a front hairline-- opting for a permanent "fringe."

WHITE CLIFFS Hair systems allow you to enjoy life (are breathable, allow natural sweating, are fixed on for long periods without the wearer or anyone else noticing) and allow for the full range of life activities including sports, showering, sleeping, and even swimming.

Whereas wigs and toupees are made of plastics, rough/thick laces, and even canvas, hair systems use state-of-the-art technology. WHITE CLIFFS' Mayfair Hair System uses industry-leading surgical laces and other proprietary materials that become a literal membrane which disappears into the skin, becoming one with it-- thus being completely undetectable and natural.

How Hair Systems are Attached:

Hair systems are attached in several ways:

1). Usually directly to the scalp where the balding area is. The balding area is carefully shaved, then White Cliffs takes a super-accurate custom mould of this area and custom makes your system from it so that it is so accurate it literally becomes a membrane over your skin (a second, natural, fully breathable and un-detectable skin).

2). Over existing hair. The system is integrated into your existing hair via sewing into specially-made loose corn-rowed hair (that does not put pressure on the existing hair) at the back and perimeter. The front hairline of the hair system is then surgically glued onto the skin in front of your normal hairline.
